Easy, Delicious & Make-Ahead Breakfasts
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk (any kind)
¼ cup yogurt (optional for creaminess)
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or airtight container.
Add your flavor combo (see below).
Stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
In the morning, stir and enjoy cold—or heat if preferred.
Add to Base:
¼ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp almond butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
Extra berries
Sliced almonds
Tip: Frozen berries thaw overnight and infuse the oats with natural sweetness.
Add to Base:
½ ripe banana, mashed
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
Toppings:
Granola or dark chocolate chips
Optional: Add a pinch of sea salt to enhance the chocolate flavor.
Overnight oats are a blank canvas. Try mix-ins like:
Mango & coconut
Cinnamon & apple
Matcha & honey
Protein powder
